UHF Rigid RFID Tag
Speciální tag pro špičkový výkon na všech typech povrchu. Tag je k dispozici v provedení EPC Global Class 1, Generation 2 (Gen 2) and ISO 18000-6B. Je určen pro nejnáročnější průmyslové podmínky včetně odolnosti vůči chemikáliím a extrémním teplotám (-40°C až +121°C).
Je vhodný zejména pro aplikaci na RPC (opakovaně použitelných plastových kontejnerech), kovových bednách, tlakových lahvích, pivních sudech KEG, apod.
Large Rigid tag má širokopásmovou anténu, která umožňiuje použít tento tag v UHF pásmu bez ohledui na konkrétní frekvenci v daném regionu. EPC Global Gen 2 verze Large Rigid Tagu má kapacitu paměti 96 bitů zatímco ISO 18000-6B verze 2024 bitů.
UHF Rigid RFID Tag
Intermec’s Rigid tag is a truly passive UHF radio frequency identification (RFID) transponder that delivers superior performance on a variety of surfaces including plastic, wood and metal. The tag, available in both EPC Global Class 1, Generation 2 (Gen 2) and ISO 18000-6B protocols, combines an impressive range
with a rugged yet compact package designed for harsh industrial applications and temperatures ranging from -40° to 250° F (-40° to +121° C). No other tag on the market can claim the ruggedness and worldwide
usability of these tags.
The Large Rigid tag has a wide band antenna design, which allows for a single tag to be used virtually anywhere in the world with consistent UHF range performance. The EPC Global Gen 2 version
of the large Rigid Tag has 96 bits of memory, while the ISO 18000-6B version
has 2048 bits of memory. Additionally, the tag has a robust physical package and is designed for exposure to substances and harsh chemicals representative of typical industrial applications, including machining
oil, gasoline, motor oil, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), isopropyl alcohol, methyl alcohol, mineral spirits, acetone, and kerosene.

Attachment Methods
The tag can be attached using screws,
rivets, double-sided adhesive strips, or a
variety of other methods appropriate for
the application, and includes two mounting
holes for up to #6 hardware (not included).

Rigid Tags as indicated in the table below.
The EPC Global Gen 2 and ISO 18000-6B
large Rigid Tags are also compatible with
competitive readers operating under the
established standards for the respective
